A 'SHIT' LOAD OF MONEY

MR Babatunde Omidina, the comedian otherwise known as Baba Suwe, is currently acting the best play of his life. The actor, who was arrested by the officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for allegedly ingesting a particular hard drug, has been in the NDLEA custody for some days now, even  after his excrement had shown no trace of the suspected drug.
CONSEQUENTLY, a section of the public, especially his  entertainment sector constituency, has been making vociferous calls for his release. Their argument being that the actor should be released immediately. But the NDLEA, armed with a court order, is still holding on to the comedian, claiming it would await the result of another “solid performance” or “fluid delivery”  from the actor.  After all, the fans of  Baba Suwe know that the actor is a solid and sound performer. His acting is solid and line delivery fluid.
BUT the fans of this ebullient   actor need not worry too much. The drama —- or is it melodrama? —  could still end happily. In other words, there could still be some comic relief in the whole unfortunate episode that will, in the end, turn into fortune for the artiste.
ARTISTS being highly resourceful, it should not come as a surprise if at the end of it all Baba Suwe decides to creatively capture his experience in moving picture. After all, is nature and /or human experience not the hunting ground for the artist’s creative enterprise?
THEREFORE the public should not be flabbergasted to see a home video entitled “Expensive Shit” or “Su Didun  (excrete sweetness)” or “Hard Shit” in the market. Everything is muse for the artist, even life or death. But whether it is expensive or sweet or hard, the experience must bring “shit  money.”
