Basketball player, Kris Humphries is getting ready to sue his recent ex-wife Kim Kardashian for $10 million.
Apparently he believes his role on Kim Kardashian's reality show, Kourtney & Kim Take New York, is much larger than he was told it was going to be and now he wants more money.
Also, he's suing because he is worried that the show will portray him in a negative light.
Meanwhile, Us Weekly is said in its report that 26-year-old basket ball player, the 'husband from hell,' with insiders telling the magazine that Humphries could be downright cruel to his 31-year-old bride.
"He belittled her in front of people," said one source. "He'd call her stupid. It was truly sickening."
And it won't surprise anyone to learn that the source claims, Kris resented Kim's fame:
"He tried to control Kim by bringing her down ... He would say truly terrible things. One time, he said she had no talent and her fame wouldn't last."
While the value of Kim's talent is often contested in the court of public opinion, those aren't the kind of words you expect to hear from your husband.
But those claims against Humphries don't sound so far fetched when you recall a recent promo for "Kourtney & Kim Take New York". In the promo, Kim is seen arguing with Kris about how she could have a career if she lived in Minnesota, and Kris replied that by the time she had kids no one will care about her anymore.
And of course, in the 4-hour wedding special that aired just weeks before Kim filed for divorce, there was an uncomfortable moment, when Kris lashed out at Kim, telling her, "Four years ago you were selling clothes at a boutique in the Valley and now you think you're Miss Princess?"
Us Weekly's source also claims that Humphries even took aim at Kim's most famous asset, calling her "fat ass" during an argument.
Other reports say Kris couldn't stand the Kardashian family before he started dating Kim.
"He would call the Kardashians garbage," his ex-girlfriend Bianka Kamper told In Touch magazine."He would never watch the show we me. He always bad-mouthed it and said it was trashy."
Kamper also claimed that Kris would call Kim, "fake" and said the only reason she was famous was for "making a sex tape."
RadarOnline also reported that Kim plans to use the new season of "Kourtney & Kim Take New York" to attempt to rehabilitate her image. The website claims she has full editorial control of what makes it into the show, and after filming wrapped, the reality star was "absolutely mortified when she saw on camera the way Kris was treating her."
