Long
queues earlier seen at many fuel stations in the Federal Capital
Territory disappeared as many fuel stations appear have adapted to the
withdrawal of subsidy on petrol announced by the Petroleum Product
Pricing Regulatory Agency.
Motorists were seen at various petrol stations in the capital city drive into the fuel stations to buy petrol with ease.
The cost of fuel in petrol stations in the FCT varies between one
hundred and thirty eight to one hundred and forty one naira per litre,
with only the government-owned filling station selling at one hundred
and thirty eight naira per litre.
