Queues Disappear in Abuja Fuel Stations

Long queues earlier seen at many fuel stations in the Federal Capital Territory disappeared as many fuel stations appear have adapted to the withdrawal of subsidy on petrol announced by the Petroleum Product Pricing Regulatory Agency.

Motorists were seen at various petrol stations in the capital city drive into the fuel stations to buy petrol with ease.

The cost of fuel in petrol stations in the FCT varies between one hundred and thirty eight to one hundred and forty one naira per litre, with only the government-owned filling station selling at one hundred and thirty eight naira per litre.
