The 44-year-old singer reportedly
pleaded no contest to driving under the influence (DUI) and to driving
on a suspended licence, following his arrest last October, and will now spend almost two months behind bars.
The second charge relates to him being arrested last March after he failed a sobriety test.
For the DUI charge, Bobby was placed on
48 months of summary probation, ordered to pay a $500 fine plus penalty
assessment, complete an 18-month alcohol programme and comply with
standard DUI conditions.
On the second count, he was placed on 36
months of summary probation, ordered to pay a $300 fine plus penalty
assessment and install an ignition interlock device – an alcohol
breathalyser that prohibits the driver from starting the car if they are
above the limit.
He will also have to go to three Alcoholic Anonymous sessions a week.Source
