WIZKID – NO 5MILLION NO SHOW

Wizkid

He also talked about his relationship with EME and his new album, he also confirmed that he replaced his damaged car with a new one, he further more stated that him and his crew don’t collect cheap money..
INTERVIEW BELOW:
What really happened between you and the UNILAG students. You were accused of duping them?
By now, I think all is clear that there are some people parading themselves as either Wizkid or his managers. The unfortunate incident regarding the UNILAG students is a case of mistaken identity where people fell victim to some unscrupulous elements who impersonated me or my representatives. The same people, as we have come to know, went as far as creating fake accounts in my name to dupe people.
How did you come about the UNILAG palaver?
Basically, the police just called us to inform us of the development. We can’t really give full details because we were invited to come to the police station and we went as law abiding citizens. When we got there, we gave our own statement as well as the students. But we really can’t say anything now until the police have done their proper investigations. But with the details on ground, what we want you to know is that the so-called Wizkid the students have been contacting is fake and an impostor. It’s really not from me or from anybody around me.

The English department used to have the Theatre Arts’ workshop then, and I happened to have friends there. During my leisure time, I used to join them for the workshops and that was where I developed the interest and I started acting along with them on stage. Then, I was also opportune to perform with the school’s Palm Wine Drinkards’ club. From there, the interest grew stronger and I had to move out to the real scene by joining the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria, AGN.

Niger Delta Militants Steal Crude Oil To Buy Arms, Recruit Members — Dickson

Bayelsa-State-Governor-Mr-Seriake-Dickson
Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa has said that oil theft is a threat to national security and responsible for the proliferation of arms in the Niger Delta.
He said militants who engage in oil theft use it to finance their operations, recruit members, and buy arms and ammunition.
Mr. Dickson said this in Yenagoa on Friday when he received the new Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) Central Naval Command, Yenagoa, Rear Admiral Sidi-Ali Usman.
The governor expressed concern about the rising incidents and sophistication of illegal bunkering, sea piracy and pipeline vandalism and condemned the negative impact of the crimes on the nation’s economy. He said the criminals sustained their operations over the years through the proceeds from illegal bunkering activities.
”What is going on is more of a threat to national security than even the loss of revenue that everybody is shouting about,” Mr. Dickson said.

Rivers crisis: Why IG may not redeploy CP Mbu

Mbu-Amaechi rotimi
There are strong indications that the Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Joseph Mbu, may not be removed by the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Mohammed Abubakar, in spite of his altercation with Governor Rotimi Amaechi.
Findings indicated that the CP, who has been engaged in a media war with the governor, still enjoys the confidence of the police authorities which believes that Mbu has not wronged Amaechi in any way.
A source told Saturday PUNCH that the force headquarters viewed the governor as the aggressor in the ongoing saga in the state.
“If Mbu had not acted professionally since this altercation between him and the governor started, he would have been removed and sanctioned accordingly, but the police high command believes the CP has done what is expected of him as a senior officer,” the source said.
Amaechi had repeatedly called for the removal of the CP and threatened to stop funding the Rivers Police Command if the IG did not heed his calls.
