Newly Married Pastor Sign Fireman Lures New Members With Money

A church is basically known as a holy place where people go with faith to ask for one thing or the other; and most times, it is believed that with faith they receive blessings or what have you.
But nowadays, churches are not what they used to be in the early 80s when the CAC first brought about what is now known as Pentecostal Churches, there were no stories of pastors buying private jets, wearing tuxedo suits, and building secondary schools and universities with the members’ offering and tithes.
These days, despite the members paying through their nose to ‘satisfy’ God, many are not able to afford the school fees of their wards and other benefits from the church fold.

In recent time, people do not go to church all in the name of salvation; it’s either they go in search of Mr Right or in search of a perfect woman; not to forget many others who either want a better life or freedom from ailment and affliction.
In those days, people invited families and friends to their church either because they feel their pastor is motivating or they have been healed of an ailment or
the other, but in the case of Sign fireman Ministry located at Surulere, Lagos, it is far from that.
According to our source who is a member of the church said, “new members are being given the sum of N5000. The money is a way to thank the new members for coming to the church”.
Many people who have witnessed this new way of luring new members claim that it might be a way to win back those that ran away after the episode of the late veteran actor Elebele Eluwa whom he claimed he totally healed, but turned out to be a lie.
Now, the church is bubbling like never before because the tale is going round like fire in the harmattan that there is free N5000 to be picked up at the church every Sunday; and the turnout is really alarming all in the name of poverty.
Dr. Sign Fireman claimed to have become born again at the age of five. He was said to have started writing Christian articles at the age of six; started preaching at the age of seven, got involved in pastoral job at the age of 12, started writing Christian books at the age of 14, and started holding city-wide miracle crusades at the age of 19 (with thousands attending, and two people lame from birth walking, among many other miracles), and planted his first church at the age of 20.
