LASG unveils plan to reform LASTMA, KAI

KAI and LASTMA

Lagos State Government says it is reforming the operations of the state Traffic Management Authority and Kick Against Indiscipline.
It added that the reforms were meant to improve the operatives’ sense of community service and achieve law enforcement with human face.
Senior Special Assistant on Transport Education, Dr. Mariam Masha, said this on Friday at the Agbowa Relief Camp, where about 200 LASTMA and KAI officials, who were on career evaluation programme, carried out community service.
“The ongoing reform is to enhance capacity of the traffic and environmental operatives with the central goal of making a life-time change in the state law enforcement as well as the agencies,” Masha said
