He might be locked up but that doesn’t stop the lawsuits from coming. American Express has filed a case against Wesley Snipes for a $30,000 bill he neglected to pay before he was shipped off to prison.
The credit card company filed the suit in Florida last week claiming the actor racked up $29,343.03 in charges.
AmEx is seeking payment of the balance, plus interest and attorney fees, reports TMZ.
Wesley is currently serving a 3-year sentence for failing to file tax returns. He’s expected to be released in 2013.
