The Sultan of Sokoto and President, Nigeria Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, Alhaji Sa‘ad Abubakar II, has announced the end of Ramadan.
In a special announcement on the Nigerian Television Authority at 10.30pm Nigerian time, the Sultan urged Muslims to end their 30-day fast.
He also wished Muslims a happy celebration.
