Ijaw National Council urges Pre. Jonathan to relocate seat of government to Niger Delta

The Ijaw National Council has urged President Jonathan to relocate the seat of government to Niger Delta over insecurity in Abuja. They claimed that having the nation's capital in a Niger Delta state would stop the incessant strikes of the Islamic sect, Boko Haram, who have turned their attention to Abuja.

I even heard that the British High Commission may soon relocate from Abuja to Lagos state over the insecurity in Abuja.
